We can align to your requirements offering four tiers of service:


Bronze  No cure no pay

This is mostly for volume recruitment and/or building teams.


Silver   Exclusivity

As above plus a strategy and advisory service including salary and benefits benchmarking and guidance. Here we can operate as an Internal Recruiter.


Gold  Retained

As above plus a small percentage of the fee upfront to secure our services and guarantee that you receive candidates exclusively to hugely increase the chance of success and build your company quicker and more efficiently.


Platinum Mini RPO

Where you outsource the entire recruitment process to us and where we become your 'internal recruiter' to guarantee more employees in the required timescales.


This is often on a 12 or 18 month contract.


We will not take on any role that we cannot fill ourselves. Instead, we can reach out to our network and see if one of our counterparts can help you.


Fees


Fees can be a percentage of the annual base salary or can be a fixed amount per placement. Where there are multiple roles, a plan can be put in place to cover all of the roles.

Here's what happened:

In 2018, we proposed to a client to set up a new division.  They'd been missing something.  That client took on our idea, we helped them grow the team in that field.  Four years later, the company expanded so much in that area that their expertise was in demand by a global player so they were bought for several million euro.  All from our idea.
