We are an impactful boutique IT recruitment consultancy established in 2011, that helps adventurous, growth mindset emerging tech businesses to grow with talented employees, predominantly in the AI, ML, Data and IoT fields.  We evolved to emerging tech 5 years ago from standard software development as this area is really exciting for us – fixing real world problems and supporting innovation using data science, faster than what humans can do. 

While our main focus has been the Netherlands and growing mainly SMEs there, due to the growth in the market, globally, our focus has turned through organic growth to international businesses across Europe and the US. We want to impart our vast knowledge onto businesses and people to accelerate their growth.
